Fantastic Location Close to Everything!
friendly staff useful microwave continental breakfast
I found the hotel clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that room service happened every other day unless I requested it otherwise (it felt right for me). My room had a mini fridge and microwave, very useful. The continental breakfast had many options and a lot of seating.
The elevators were sometimes very busy. I had to wait a bit during peak times.

Fantastic Location and Super clean Rooms!

This place is super close to Times Square, a real bonus (I love the city vibe!). The staff helped me with directions to Rockefeller Center and even stored my baggage. My room was really clean and well-kept. They also offer complimentary coffee all day, a definite plus!
I thought the lift system could be a bit slow during peak times.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They gave clear elevator instructions and promptly assisted with transportation arrangements to the airport (especially appreciated after a long flight!).

The free breakfast included a wide selection of food options. Plus, I appreciated the coffee and tea available in the lobby all day long. There is also a rooftop bar worth checking out, with amazing city views.

The staff was very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. The location offered proximity to many attractions, proving quite convenient. My room had a large screen TV with plenty of entertainment options.
The elevator system created long waits. This was a problem at times. I found the air conditioning to be noisy. It was difficult to sleep. There were many people loitering in the lobby. This was not ideal.
